Knitting:
Knitting is the process of manufacturing fabric by transforming continuous strands of yarn into a series of interlocking loops, each row of such loops hanging from the one immediately preceding it. The basic element of knit fabric structure is the loop intermeshed with the loop adjacent to it on both sides and above and below it.
Classification of Knitting:
1. Warp Knitting.
2. Weft
The today's modern loom has not yet come automatically. After passing a long period modern loom has been invented. Now I will show you the successive steps of getting the ultra modern loom.

The term hosiery specially refers to knitted coverings for the feet and legs but it may be generally applied to all types of knitted goods and fabric.
Most hosiery articles are knitted with integral tubular legs and feet on small diameter circular machines. The welts and tops of hosiery goods are usually knitted first; the foot and toe last closing the toe also produce a secure finish.
